SEAHAWKS RUNNING BACKS CHARBONNET AND PRICE SET FOR MONDAY NIGHT RETURN
Seattle Seahawks running backs Zach Charbonnet and Jadarian Price had no injury designation on Saturday and are expected to play when Seattle hosts the Chicago Bears on Monday Night Football. Charbonnet is set for his season debut after rupturing an anterior cruciate ligament during the Seahawks' divisional-round play-off win over the San Francisco 49ers in January. Price, a rookie, returns from injured reserve after missing the last four games with a chest injury. Both were full participants in Thursday's practice, with Charbonnet listed as limited on Friday. It marks the first time the pair have appeared together in a Seahawks game.
Charbonnet tore the ACL in his left knee on his fifth carry of that divisional-round game and underwent surgery on 20 February, with the Seahawks opening his 21-day return-to-practice window on 1 October. He rushed for 730 yards and 12 touchdowns on 184 carries during the 2025 regular season, sharing carries with Kenneth Walker. Price, who joined the Seahawks from Notre Dame, had rushed for 119 yards through Seattle's first three games before his injury; figures on his total output vary, with one account citing 32 touches for 140 yards. Seattle must make a roster move to activate Price from injured reserve.
The Seahawks have ruled out offensive tackle Charles Cross with an ankle injury, running back Velus Jones with a hamstring injury and wide receiver Rashid Shaheed with a knee injury. Linebacker Uchenna Nwosu is listed as doubtful with an ankle injury. Linebacker Patrick O'Connell, defensive tackle Brandon Pili and quarterback Drew Lock are listed as questionable, with toe, back and elbow injuries respectively. Lock was a limited participant in all three practices held during the week.
