SYDNEY SWEENEY VIEWS OXFORDSHIRE PROPERTY AMID REPORTED UK MOVE

THU 05 NOV 2026 INTERNATIONAL

Sydney Sweeney has reportedly viewed a property in Little Tew, a village in West Oxfordshire, as she considers splitting her time between the United States and the United Kingdom. The Euphoria and The White Lotus actress is said to have visited the Cotswolds twice over the past ten months and viewed the property within the last three months. A source told The Sun that Sweeney "doesn't get bothered by locals, who are all well-used to seeing A-listers, and finds village life incredibly cute and quaint." One account of the move named her boyfriend, businessman Scooter Braun.

Little Tew lies in an area of the Cotswolds already home to a number of well-known figures. David and Victoria Beckham have a home in the region, and Ellen DeGeneres and her wife, Portia de Rossi, have also moved there. Jeremy Clarkson, James Blunt and Claudia Winkleman are also associated with the area. A source told The Sun that Pinewood Studios is about an hour's drive from the village, meaning Sweeney could stay at home while filming if she takes on an upcoming role.

Sweeney has been linked with a role in Amazon MGM Studios' forthcoming James Bond film, though no casting has been confirmed. Trina Parks, who played the first Black Bond girl opposite Sean Connery in 1971's Diamonds Are Forever, told The Telegraph that Sweeney "would do a wonderful job" in the role. Parks said Sweeney has "got ownership of her sexual identity" and a "Hollywood classic kind of style and poise." Parks said audiences want to see "a woman opposite Bond who is independent and has ownership of her sexuality." No timetable for any move to Oxfordshire has been confirmed.
