BRADLEY WALSH PRESENTS MILLION POUND SHOT ON CHANNEL 4

Bradley Walsh will present Bradley Walsh's Million Pound Shot, a one-off quiz programme for Channel 4. Three competitors will take part, with a top prize of up to £1 million. Contestants will bring their own bank cards and use personal funds during the contest. They will decide how much to stake according to their confidence in answering general knowledge questions, putting their own money at risk to remain in contention.

Each question gives competitors a chance to earn objects called Bet Balls. Each Bet Ball carries a cash value. Contestants can take that money immediately if they choose to withdraw it. They can instead launch the balls into the Million Pound Shot Machine in pursuit of the £1 million jackpot. The choice gives participants a way to leave with the value of a Bet Ball or continue towards the larger prize.

Walsh said: “This programme is unlike anything we've seen on British TV before.” He said he thought it was “one of the most original and surprising quiz shows I'd ever encountered” when he heard about the format. Walsh added: “Alongside playing with their own money, there are more twists and turns along the way.” He said: “I'm excited for everyone to see how it plays out.”
