BBC RELEASES WOMEN'S T20 WORLD CUP DOCUMENTARY FEATURING ENGLAND PLAYERS

The BBC has released a documentary following England's Women's T20 World Cup campaign, featuring players Lauren Bell and Linsey Smith. The programme, titled "Inside the Women's T20 World Cup: Bell & Smith Bring the Chaos," offers access to the England camp during the tournament. The episode runs for twenty minutes and became available on BBC iPlayer on 15 June 2026.

The documentary forms part of Test Match Special's coverage of the Women's T20 World Cup. A second episode in the series features England stars Heather Knight and Issy Wong, presented by Ebony Rainford-Brent. That episode runs for seventeen minutes. Both programmes include audio description and sign language options for accessibility.

The content will remain available on BBC iPlayer for three months from its initial broadcast date. The series represents the broadcaster's continued coverage of England's women's cricket team during major international competitions. Additional episodes covering other aspects of the World Cup campaign are scheduled for release.
