DRUG DEALER JAILED AFTER FOUR-YEAR PROBE INTO INSTAGRAM LIFESTYLE

MON 15 JUN 2026 CRIME

Jordan Woolmer was sentenced to ten-and-a-half years in prison at Northampton Crown Court on 12 June after being found guilty of supplying cocaine and cannabis. The 28-year-old from Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire, was investigated over a four-year period following his arrest in 2022. Police uncovered social media posts in which Woolmer displayed luxury vehicles, Rolex watches and expensive meals, including a photograph from Salt Bae's Nusr-Et London steakhouse where he spent more than £1,200 in cash.

The investigation began after Woolmer and co-defendant Kacper Burzynski were stopped in Northampton in 2022, when officers seized 450 grammes of cannabis, 83 grammes of cocaine and £7,000 in cash. Further searches of properties across Northamptonshire, Leicester and Rutland recovered additional drugs and cash, including a £12,500 Rolex watch and designer clothing. Forensic evidence linked Woolmer to 500 grammes of cocaine found in a storage unit in Rutland after his fingerprints were discovered on the packaging. Police made a final arrest on 24 May 2024 following the seizure of a further 500 grammes of cocaine and £16,000 in cash from two properties.

Over the entire investigation period, officers recovered £57,465 in cash, one kilogram of cocaine and 500 grammes of cannabis, alongside designer clothing valued at £34,680. Detective Constable James Roe of Northamptonshire Police stated that Woolmer had attempted to live beyond his legal means whilst publicising his lifestyle on Instagram. The conviction removes a significant drug network operator from circulation in the region.
