MIRANDA HART ASKS LEIGH-ANNE PINNOCK TO JOIN HER IN STUDIO

Miranda Hart asked Celebrity Traitors castmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock to join her in a recording studio after they performed a dance routine on the programme. Hart made the suggestion in an Instagram video posted on Monday. “It has been proven to me, inherently, that I am a pop star,” she said. Pinnock responded with a video of her own, writing: “I guess it’s official... Big Mix are taking over!”

During Friday’s episode, Pinnock offered to teach Hart a Little Mix dance move after fellow contestant Joe Lycett was banished. The pair performed the routine on the floor of the castle in the Scottish Highlands. Hart called out, “Introducing Little Mix and... Big Mix!” as they danced. In another room, the Traitors had been tasked with spraying sleeping powder; the account of the episode did not establish whether their task resulted in an elimination.

Hart captioned her Instagram clip “Big Mix is born” and described her dancing as “personal pop performance preparation”. She also showed a mounted record for a mock debut album titled *Big Mix the glory days*. “If this was the debut, this means there’s more to come,” Hart said, adding that she presumed she and Pinnock would enter the studio. Pinnock tagged Hart in her response and called her “simply the best”.
