BEST BUY CUTS APPLE MAC MINI M4 PRICE TO $649

Best Buy has cut the price of Apple’s Mac mini M4 from $799 to $649, a saving of $150. The offer covers the base model with 16GB of memory and a 256GB solid-state drive. Best Buy’s discount is available for the rest of 19 October, according to the deal information. Amazon is selling the newer Mac mini M6 for $779.99, which puts it $130.99 above the discounted M4. Amazon previously listed the M6 model at $899.

Apple released the Mac mini M4 in 2024 with a starting price of $599. The discounted configuration has a 10-core CPU and a 10-core GPU. It includes three Thunderbolt 4 ports, two front-facing USB-C ports, HDMI and Gigabit Ethernet. The M4 can connect to three external displays and supports Apple Intelligence. In a review, Matt said: “I can't recommend this Mac enough.”

The M6 model offers faster processing, while the two versions have nearly identical designs and ports. Buyers of either model need to provide their own keyboard, mouse and display. The M4’s current sale price is $50 above its 2024 starting price. Best Buy’s usual $799 price is $200 above that starting price. The discount gives buyers a lower-priced option while the M6 remains available from Amazon.
