IRON MAIDEN ADDS NORTH AMERICAN TOUR DATES FOR 2027
Iron Maiden has announced 16 North American dates for 2027, extending its 50th-anniversary Run for Your Lives tour. The band had previously planned to take a break from live performances that year. The new run begins on 14 April at the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, Washington. Arena dates end on 11 May at UBS Arena in Belmont Park, New York. Iron Maiden will then headline Sonic Temple in Columbus, Ohio, on 14 May and Boardwalk Rock in Ocean City, Maryland, on 16 May.
Bassist Steve Harris said the band decided to return after enjoying its latest shows in the United States and Canada. “We’ve been enjoying this last leg in the USA and Canada so much that we all had a chat and decided we should take the show to parts we missed, particularly the North West and South East,” he said. The itinerary also includes Vancouver, Portland, Phoenix, Dallas and Atlanta. Bullet For My Valentine and The Raven Age will support Iron Maiden on the standalone dates. Live Nation is promoting the tour.
Iron Maiden says the 2027 dates will be the last of the Run for Your Lives tour, which its announcement says will total 107 shows. Manager Rod Smallwood said the band’s 2026 North American concerts drew some of its largest crowds in the region. Harris said the group also wanted to play more festivals in the United States. General ticket sales for the headline shows begin at 10am local time on 23 October. An Iron Maiden Fan Club presale begins at 10am on 19 October, with further presales scheduled during the week.
