NBA GMS TIP SPURS TO WIN TITLE IN SEASON SURVEY

A survey of NBA general managers has tipped the San Antonio Spurs to win the 2026-27 championship, according to CBS Sports and Yahoo Sports. The GMs responded to 48 questions covering the league's best teams, players and moves. Victor Wembanyama was named the league's likely MVP and topped several individual player categories in the survey. The Spurs lost to the New York Knicks in last season's Finals, and the reports said many GMs believe they can go further this time. Executives were reported as less certain about the Philadelphia 76ers' prospects.
