AFGHAN MAN WHO KILLED DOG WALKER GIVEN INDEFINITE HOSPITAL ORDER

Dawood Safi, an Afghan national who entered the UK concealed in the back of a lorry and lied about his age, has been handed an indefinite hospital order after stabbing a dog walker to death. The attack, described as random and frenzied, also involved an attempted murder of his landlord and an assault on a 14-year-old boy.
