DREW MCINTYRE SHARES BODY TRANSFORMATION AMID WWE ABSENCE
Drew McIntyre has shared images on social media showing changes to his physique since January, during an absence of six months from WWE television. The wrestler last appeared in a WWE ring on night one of WrestleMania 42, where he lost to Jacob Fatu. McIntyre posted a comparison photograph captioned "Positive changes", documenting the transformation from January to October this year. The rear-view images show his lats, traps and rear delts appearing more defined, with McIntyre also looking leaner than before.
McIntyre has worked on several projects away from the ring during his time off WWE programming. He filmed The Last Druid and has a role in the upcoming Highlander reboot alongside WWE figure Batista. He also features in WWE's collaboration with ReelShort, a project that will also include fellow WWE performers Jacob Fatu and Joe Hendry. The physique changes come as McIntyre's acting work continues alongside his time away from in-ring competition.
No date has been confirmed for McIntyre's return to WWE television. His last on-screen appearance remains the WrestleMania 42 bout against Fatu six months ago. The Highlander reboot and the ReelShort collaboration represent McIntyre's most recently confirmed upcoming projects, with further details on timing not disclosed in the material shared.
