PATRIOTS FALL TO 1-2 AS MAYE STRUGGLES IN YEAR THREE

The New England Patriots stand at 1-2 after three weeks of the NFL season, with quarterback Drake Maye's performance drawing scrutiny. Analysts have questioned Maye's form in his third year in the league, comparing his trajectory to past young quarterbacks who either developed into stars or stalled. One assessment following the Patriots' Week 3 result described concern over the team as "very high".

Maye has been named as part of the Patriots' broader struggles this season, though no further statistical detail on his performance has been provided.
