MET POLICE JAIL GANG OVER £20M COCAINE FISH SMUGGLING PLOT

The Metropolitan Police has jailed a gang for plotting to smuggle cocaine and ketamine worth more than £20m into the UK from South America, hidden inside frozen fish deliveries. The gang smuggled hundreds of kilograms of the drugs before the plot was uncovered, according to the Metropolitan Police.

The gang members were sentenced to a combined total of more than 70 years, one report said, while another put the combined sentences at more than 71 years.
