Arsenal beat Danish side HB Koge 1-0 at Meadow Park to open their Women's Champions League campaign, with Mariona Caldentey scoring a stoppage-time penalty in the second half. Manchester City drew at Bayern Munich after falling 2-0 behind early on, with Carlotta Wamser scoring a late equaliser to secure a point. The result kept City unbeaten in their opening fixtures of the season.
