IEA WARNS OF OIL DEMAND FALL AS IRAN CONFLICT CONTINUES
The International Energy Agency has cut its forecast for oil demand, warning that consumption may have to decline further in coming months as the Iran war persists and consumers adjust to lower supply. The agency simultaneously forecasts global coal demand will rise 1.2 per cent this year, reversing earlier expectations of a decline.
