HARRY AND MEGHAN RETURN TO UK AFTER SIX YEARS IN AMERICA

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have returned to the United Kingdom after six years living in the United States, according to a source cited by People magazine. Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet have begun attending a new British school. A source indicated the couple are happy to be back and that settling their children remains their primary focus.

Tensions emerged following Uganda's withdrawal from the Invictus Games. The Lord Chamberlain issued guidance defining the Duke and Duchess as private citizens. A Sussex source stated the withdrawal was a direct consequence of guidance that was issued without prior consultation. A YouGov poll found that 51 per cent of British adults oppose Harry and Meghan returning as working royals, whilst 16 per cent expressed support for that arrangement.

The poll was conducted after King Charles made clear the couple's status as private citizens. No official confirmation has been provided regarding the couple's plans or their anticipated involvement in public duties. The reported focus on their children's education suggests a period of private life following their return to Britain.
