RETAILERS OFFER DISCOUNTS ON ROKU AND DELL DEVICES FOR LABOUR DAY

Major US retailers are offering substantial discounts on televisions, streaming devices and laptops during Labour Day sales. Amazon and Best Buy are discounting Roku televisions, with the 75-inch Pro Series model reduced by $550 to $1,150 at Best Buy. The Roku Select Series 50-inch model is available for $200, representing a $100 reduction. Roku's Streaming Stick 4K streaming device is discounted to $50, a 38% reduction from its usual price.

Dell is running a Labour Day sale featuring the Dell XPS 13 laptop at $699.99, down from $999, according to one report. The device features a 13.4-inch touchscreen display, Intel Core 5 processor, 8GB RAM and 512GB storage. Dell is offering an additional $100 discount for eligible students, reducing the price to $599. Best Buy is also offering reductions on other devices, including a 75-inch Insignia Class F50 4K Fire TV reduced by $220 to $375, and the Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Max available for $50.

The discounts are available during Labour Day sales, with one report noting that most offers are expected to expire on the day itself.
