MAFS UK STAR HOLLY DITCHFIELD ANNOUNCES DEATH OF TWIN SONS

Holly Ditchfield, who appeared on Married At First Sight UK in 2024, has announced that her twin sons died nine days after being born prematurely. In a statement shared on Instagram, Ditchfield and her partner Aaron Summers confirmed that the infants passed away within hours of each other on 3 and 4 September 2026. The boys, named Georgie and Marley, were born at 23 weeks and five days gestation and spent their brief lives in neonatal intensive care.

Ditchfield described the nine days as "the hardest, most heartbreaking, yet most magical" of her life. She wrote that both boys died in the arms of their parents, stating there was "no greater privilege, and no greater pain, than holding your children as they leave this world". Ditchfield added that she had two other children, Daisy and Dec, from a previous relationship.

In her statement, Ditchfield said she and Summers plan to take time away to process their loss. She expressed that she would have given "absolutely everything" to watch the twins grow, but said that during their nine days alive, "they were here. They were ours. They were loved beyond measure."
