BRADLEY BARCOLA SET FOR LIVERPOOL MEDICAL AHEAD OF £123M TRANSFER

Bradley Barcola is expected to undergo a medical examination with Liverpool within the next 24 hours as the Premier League club prepares to complete a £123 million transfer for the Paris Saint-Germain winger. The move would take place before the summer transfer window deadline. One report indicated that Barcola is expected to wear the number 29 shirt if the transfer is finalised.

Barcola has been a player at Paris Saint-Germain. The transfer fee of £123 million would represent a significant investment by Liverpool in the attacking position. The number 29 has been described in reporting as holding symbolic significance for the player.

Liverpool's pursuit of Barcola forms part of the club's activity during the transfer window. The completion of the medical would represent a final procedural step ahead of the transfer's announcement. The window remains open for several days, during which other Premier League clubs remain active in the market.
