FORMER WWE WRESTLER DAWN MARIE LAUNCHES ONLYFANS PAGE
Dawn Marie, a former professional wrestler, has launched an OnlyFans page, stating that her decision was motivated by health concerns rather than typical reasons for joining the platform. Marie, who worked as a dementia care nurse for nearly ten years, attributed the move to ongoing physical injuries sustained during her wrestling career. She cited neck injuries in particular as making her nursing work difficult and contributing to her choice to pursue the new venture.
Marie made her professional wrestling debut in January 1995, managing Tony Atlas against Jimmy Snuka. She signed with Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) in 1998 and remained there for four years before joining WWE in 2002. During her WWE tenure, she was known for a storyline involving Torrie Wilson, in which her character entered into a relationship with Wilson's real-life father, Al Wilson. Marie was released from her WWE contract in July 2005 while on maternity leave, and subsequently worked for independent wrestling companies over the following years.
Marie has made select returns to professional wrestling since her initial release. She appeared at WWE's NXT Halloween Havoc in 2024 as a special guest referee for a match between Jaida Parker and Lola Vice. In discussing her OnlyFans decision, Marie expressed her desire not to follow the trajectory she observed in her nursing work, stating she chose not to become what she saw daily: people her age confined to beds with limited prospects for recovery.
