WEST HAM DRAW 2-2 WITH BURNLEY IN CHAMPIONSHIP FIXTURE

West Ham and Burnley drew 2-2 in a Championship match at Turf Moor. Zian Flemming scored twice late in the match to bring Burnley level after West Ham had built a two-goal lead. Both clubs were competing in the Championship following their recent relegation from the Premier League.

Nuno Espirito Santo served as West Ham's manager during the fixture. The result meant West Ham failed to secure victory despite their advantage during the match. According to reporting, Espirito Santo had issued a pre-match warning ahead of the contest.

The draw marked a fixture between two sides adjusting to life in a lower division. West Ham's failure to convert their lead prompted the manager to call for additional attacking players in the transfer window. Both teams remain in the early stages of their Championship campaigns.
