TOMMY ROBINSON'S EX-WIFE DENIES ACCOUNTING CHARGES AT CROWN COURT

FRI 14 AUG 2026 CRIME

Jenna Lennon pleaded not guilty to three counts of failing to comply with company accounting regulations at Southwark Crown Court on Thursday. Lennon, who was formerly sole director of Hope & Pride Limited, denied charges relating to books and records offences brought by the Insolvency Service. His Honour Judge Tony Baumgartner released her on bail pending a further case management hearing scheduled for 1 October 2026, with a trial date set for 31 July 2028.

Lennon denied three separate allegations under insolvency and companies legislation. She contested failing to surrender company books and records to a liquidator between 22 September 2023 and 1 December 2025 under the Insolvency Act 1986. She also denied failing to ensure the company maintained adequate accounting records between 18 September 2020 and 19 September 2023, and denied failing to preserve corporate financial records over the same period, both contrary to the Companies Act 2006. According to one report, HMRC asserts the company owes £300,000 in corporation tax.

Lennon was married to Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, known publicly as Tommy Robinson, from 2011 until their divorce in February 2021. The couple have three children together. The case will proceed through the Crown Court system over the coming months before the scheduled trial in summer 2028.
