Britney Spears has described a Botox procedure that left her left eyelid drooping for several weeks. In an Instagram video, the musician said her injector applied excessive Botox to that eye, causing it to droop noticeably. Spears stated that four weeks after the procedure, her eyelid had begun to return to normal. She cautioned her followers to be careful when undergoing cosmetic treatments and warned them about the risks posed by practitioners in the field.

Spears demonstrated the drooping effect in the video by pressing her eyelid downward with her finger. She described the experience as embarrassing and expressed frustration at the outcome. The musician urged her followers to be cautious with their bodies, stating that "it's yours and you own it". She also warned that practitioners "can really f*** your eyes up" and may attempt to alter people's faces without their best interests in mind.
