OREGON ASSISTANT CHARGED WITH DUII AFTER CRASH

Ra'Shaad Samples, an assistant at the University of Oregon, has been charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and reckless driving following a crash. According to one report, Samples told authorities his name was DeSean Jackson, the former Philadelphia Eagles player. Samples later stated to a publication that he had first given his real name before identifying himself as Jackson in a facetious manner.
