LUKA DONCIC'S EX-FIANCÉE WITHDRAWS CHILD SUPPORT PETITION
Anamaria Goltes filed a Request for Dismissal in Los Angeles court on Monday, withdrawing her child support petition against Luka Doncic. According to court records, Goltes stated in her filing that she was "withdrawing my Petition for Child Support with the specific intention of resolving this matter amicably and by a mutual agreement which is in the best interests of our children." The filing came fewer than two weeks before a scheduled court hearing on Doncic's motion to dismiss the case.
Goltes moved to Slovenia with the couple's older daughter, Gabriela, in May 2025, and gave birth to their second daughter, Olivia, there in December 2025. Both children have remained in Slovenia since birth. Doncic initiated custody proceedings in Slovenia in February 2026, before Goltes filed her child support petition in California. Doncic's legal team, represented by family law attorney Laura Wasser, had argued that California was not the proper jurisdiction for the case, citing Slovenia as the children's home state and the existence of ongoing custody proceedings there.
Goltes' original petition sought a court ruling on child support and attorney fees but did not request a custody determination. The withdrawal of the petition leaves the matter to be resolved outside court proceedings, according to the available court records.
