FALCONS SIGN BIJAN ROBINSON TO RECORD RUNNING BACK CONTRACT

Bijan Robinson has agreed a three-year contract extension with the Atlanta Falcons that makes him the highest-paid running back in National Football League history, according to reports. The deal represents a significant financial commitment by the franchise to retain the player. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed in the available reporting.

Robinson joined the Falcons as a first-round draft pick in 2023. The running back has become a central figure in the team's offensive strategy. His extension comes as the NFL off-season continues with multiple franchises reshaping their rosters through free agency and contract negotiations.

The agreement signals the Falcons' intention to build their future around Robinson at the position. Running back contracts have grown substantially in recent years as teams compete for established talent. Robinson's deal now sets the market standard for players at his position in the league.
