CHARISSA THOMPSON RECONSIDERS MARRIAGE AFTER ATTENDING KELCE AND SWIFT WEDDING
FOX Sports host Charissa Thompson has said that attending Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's wedding in July left her reconsidering her own approach to long-term commitment. Thompson, who attended the event with boyfriend Steve Cundari, described the occasion as "magical" and said it prompted reflection on her relationship plans. She told the podcast Calm Down that witnessing the couple marry made her consider pursuing "a version adjacent to marriage and the commitment ceremony".
Thompson has been married twice previously. She was first married at age 25, describing the experience as both "the best and worst decision" she had made, though details of that marriage have not been made public. She was subsequently married to sports agent Kyle Thousand for two years before the couple separated in 2022. In May this year, Thompson told PEOPLE magazine that after observing Kelce and Swift together, she had told Cundari, "You should love me more."
On her podcast, Thompson has previously stated that marriage to Cundari was not under consideration. Speaking after the July wedding, she reflected that finding the right partner gives meaning to other achievements. She said: "When you find your person, everything else in the world is right" and thanked the couple for including her in their wedding weekend.
