TOM HOLLAND VOMITS ON CAMERA DURING HOT ONES APPEARANCE

FRI 24 JUL 2026

Tom Holland became the first guest to vomit on camera whilst appearing on Hot Ones, a YouTube talk show in which host Sean Evans presents guests with chicken wings of progressively increasing spiciness. Holland, aged 30, appeared on the programme alongside Jon Bernthal to discuss two films they both star in this year: The Odyssey and Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Holland struggled with the heat of the wings and subsequently vomited during filming. Evans acknowledged the moment on air, stating: "That might be the first on-set [vomit], ever."

Hot Ones has run for multiple seasons as a popular YouTube format, with each episode following the same structure of guests eating increasingly spicy chicken wings whilst being interviewed. The show has featured numerous celebrity guests over its run. Holland's appearance marks a notable moment in the programme's history, according to Evans's own comment during the episode.

No further details regarding the circumstances of the incident or its aftermath have been confirmed. The episode has been made available on the Hot Ones YouTube channel.
