NARA SMITH ANNOUNCES DAUGHTER IN REMISSION AFTER CANCER TREATMENT

Model and social media influencer Nara Smith announced that her two-year-old daughter Whimsy is in remission following a cancer diagnosis and chemotherapy treatment. Smith shared the news in a video posted to Instagram, stating that she and her husband Lucky Blue Smith had delayed discussing the matter publicly until treatment concluded and they understood the outcome. Smith said the decision to speak about their experience was intended to highlight what many families navigate privately during cancer treatment.

Smith, 24, noted that undergoing chemotherapy had made her aware of the financial burden medical care places on families. She described attempting to return to everyday life with her husband, 28, and said they were navigating their circumstances "day by day". Smith added uncertainty about whether life would feel normal again. The couple have four children together, with their youngest, Fawnie Golden, born in October 2025.

Smith expressed gratitude for messages of support and prayers from followers and extended her support to families currently undergoing cancer treatment. She stated that she and her husband were investigating charities and foundations to support. Smith is known on social media for documenting aspects of her daily life, including meal preparation.
