2026 TONY AWARDS CEREMONY NAMES WINNERS ACROSS BROADWAY CATEGORIES

The 2026 Tony Awards ceremony has taken place, recognising achievement across Broadway productions in acting, direction, design, and writing. Winners were announced across the full range of categories covering plays and musicals. The ceremony concluded with top honours distributed among the season's eligible productions. Results were confirmed and published as the event progressed.

The Tony Awards are presented annually by the Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing to honour distinguished achievement in live Broadway theatre. Categories span performance, production, and craft disciplines across both play and musical divisions. Eligibility covers productions that opened on Broadway during the qualifying season. The awards are among the most prominent honours in American theatre.

The 2026 results add to the historical record of Broadway recognition stretching back decades. Productions receiving multiple awards gain increased visibility and typically see an impact on ticket demand. Winners in writing and directing categories carry eligibility for future industry projects requiring recognised credentials. The full list of 2026 winners now stands as the official record of the season's recognised achievements.
