SAM SMITH ANNOUNCES 2026 UK RESIDENCIES IN MANCHESTER AND LONDON
Sam Smith has announced live residencies across Manchester and London scheduled for 2026. The singer-songwriter will perform two shows at Manchester's Albert Hall on September 3 and 4, followed by eight concerts at the London Coliseum theatre between September 8 and 19. General ticket sales begin at 10am BST on Friday, July 10, with a fan pre-sale opening on Thursday, July 9.
The residencies form part of Smith's wider touring schedule following the release of their fifth studio album, 'Hazel Eyes', due on August 21 via Capitol. Before the 2026 dates, Smith will perform 10 UK headline shows this autumn in support of the record. Earlier tour dates include four concerts at The Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City and a stop in Guadalajara next month, with prior residencies held in Brooklyn, New York last autumn and multiple nights in San Francisco, California earlier this year.
'Hazel Eyes' was created over three years with a small group of collaborators including longtime producer Simon Aldred. The 12-track album features contributions from Feist and multi-instrumentalist Shahzad Ismaily, with recording partly undertaken at Electric Lady Studios in New York. Smith has previously released three singles from the project: 'My Guy', 'To Be Free' and 'Love Is A Stillness'. In a statement, Smith described the album as "incredibly personal" and noted their involvement as a producer throughout the record's development.
