JUNIOR AND PRINCESS ANDRE REVEAL MOTHER'S DRUG USE IN SKY DOCUMENTARY

WED 08 JUL 2026

Junior Andre and Princess Andre have described a period when their mother Katie Price used drugs, in the final episode of the four-part Sky documentary series Katie Price: Nothing to Hide. Junior, aged 21, recalled the experience as "the most difficult time of his life" and stated that he left home to live with their father Peter Andre during this period. Princess, aged 19, described feeling lonely after school and seeking comfort in a blanket sprayed with their mother's perfume. Both siblings said their mother was frequently absent and that they had to look after each other, with Junior recalling an instance when he attempted to heat food in a microwave to prepare dinner.

In 2018, Katie Price was filmed rapping about "loving cocaine", an incident that family members said affected them deeply. Junior recalled waking at 3.30am and observing his mother in a state he associated with drug use, describing the experience as frightening. Katie's mother, Amy Price, revealed in the documentary that her daughter had told her: "I don't do it to get high, I do it because it quietens my brain down." Peter Andre declined to participate in the documentary but issued a statement explaining his decision not to be interviewed. The documentary features contributions from family members and former partners of Katie Price discussing her life.

Junior stated that when his mother "wasn't in the right headspace, she wasn't being a mum". Princess described the emotional impact of her mother's absence, saying she would cry whilst holding the perfumed blanket after returning home from school. The siblings' accounts form part of the wider narrative presented across the four-part series, which examines Price's personal history through testimony from those close to her.
