JAMES MIDDLETON COMPLETES THREE PEAKS CHALLENGE WITH SISTER KATE

James Middleton announced that he completed a portion of the Three Peaks Challenge alongside his sister, the Princess of Wales, in a post on Instagram. The youngest Middleton sibling shared a photograph taken by royal photographer Matt Porteous showing the Princess hugging him during the event. James Middleton, who runs dog food brand Ella & Co, stated in the post that he was "incredibly proud" of his sister. A video circulated online depicted James assisting his sister down Mount Snowdon as part of the challenge.

James Middleton disclosed that he had made a promise to his sister two years ago to climb the mountain together following her cancer diagnosis. He referenced this commitment in his Instagram caption, writing: "Two years ago, I told you we'd climb this mountain together." The Three Peaks Challenge is an endurance event that requires participants to climb three mountains. James Middleton is aged 39.

The post marked a public acknowledgement of the Princess of Wales's health situation and her participation in the physical endurance event. The announcement came after footage of the two siblings together during the challenge emerged publicly. James Middleton's message framed the completed challenge as honouring a commitment made during a period of medical treatment for his sister.
