SHANAY HOLMES QUITS OLIVER! AFTER CLAIMS AGAINST CO-STAR

Shanay Holmes departed the cast of Oliver! following claims that co-star Aaron Sidwell had been physically rough with her during performances. Holmes, who played Nancy in the production, made the allegations, which prompted an internal investigation to be launched. The circumstances surrounding her exit remain unclear, with limited public detail about the investigation's findings or conclusions.

Sidwell, who portrayed Bill Sikes in the show, was the subject of Holmes's complaint. Both performers held leading roles in the production. The nature of the physical contact Holmes described and the specific incidents involved have not been disclosed publicly. No statement has been released confirming what the internal investigation established.

The departure marks a significant change to the cast of the long-running stage production. Further details about the investigation's outcome and any actions taken remain unreported. Neither Holmes nor Sidwell has made public statements addressing the matter directly.
