EUROMILLIONS WINNER DIES AFTER HIT-AND-RUN CYCLING INCIDENT

A EuroMillions jackpot winner has died after being knocked from a bicycle in what is being treated as a hit-and-run incident. The winner had previously saved the life of a police officer before going on to win the lottery. Authorities are investigating the circumstances of the collision. The death has been confirmed by sources familiar with the case.

The lottery winner saved a police officer's life while travelling on a bus in the days immediately before winning the EuroMillions jackpot. The two events — the rescue and the win — occurred in close succession. The cycling incident resulted in fatal injuries sustained after the winner was knocked from the bike. Police are treating the collision as a hit-and-run, meaning the responsible vehicle did not stop at the scene.

Investigators are working to identify the vehicle and driver involved in the fatal collision. No arrests or charges have been confirmed at this stage. The case has drawn attention due to the winner's prior act of saving a law enforcement officer's life. Authorities have not publicly released further details about the location or timing of the incident.
