TOM BRADY NAMES AARON RODGERS GREATEST NFL PASSER

Tom Brady stated that Aaron Rodgers may be "no greater passer of the football" than any other player in the National Football League. Brady made the assessment during a conversation with Gary Neville, Roy Keane and Ian Wright. The remarks represent Brady's evaluation of Rodgers' technical abilities as a quarterback. Brady did not include Rodgers on his list of favourite current quarterbacks to watch.

Brady also discussed how his appearance at the NFL scouting combine shaped his career trajectory. He explained to the group that an underwhelming photograph from the combine inadvertently fueled his success in the sport. Brady described feeling insecurity over his looks during that period of his career. He attributed part of his competitive drive to that early experience.

The comments reflect Brady's assessment of quarterback talent across the league's history and present day. Brady's distinction between naming Rodgers the greatest passer whilst not listing him among current favourites suggests different criteria for each evaluation. The remarks were made during a televised conversation with three prominent sports figures across multiple sports.
