MAN STABBED TO DEATH IN CRYSTAL PALACE
A man in his 30s was stabbed to death on Westow Hill in Crystal Palace, south-east London, in the early hours of Sunday morning. Police and paramedics attended the scene shortly after 03:30 BST and found the victim with stab wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. A second man, aged 30, was discovered with serious injuries and was taken to hospital. The Met Police arrested this man on suspicion of murder.
Detective Chief Inspector Sarah Lee, leading the investigation, stated that officers responded quickly alongside the London Ambulance Service. She said paramedics did everything possible to assist the victim.
