CHRIS APPLETON JOINS STRICTLY COME DANCING 2026 LINEUP

Chris Appleton, a celebrity hairstylist, has been confirmed as a contestant in the 2026 series of Strictly Come Dancing. The announcement was made by Metro. Appleton's participation marks the latest addition to the forthcoming season's lineup.

Strictly Come Dancing is the BBC's annual ballroom and Latin dance competition that pairs celebrities with professional dancers. The show has run since 2004 and broadcasts live episodes throughout autumn and winter. Each series introduces a new cohort of public figures from various professions competing to progress through elimination rounds.

The full 2026 lineup remains incomplete, with further contestant announcements expected in the coming months. Metro reported the confirmation as part of an ongoing rollout of cast members for the series.
