WOMAN CAUGHT ON CCTV KICKING £75K MCLAREN IN PEMBROKE

A woman was recorded on home security footage kicking a McLaren 570S supercar parked on a driveway in Pembroke, Wales. The incident occurred on the morning of 16 June at approximately 08:45 BST at the property of Gareth Edwards, a 33-year-old painting and decorating business owner. The footage shows the woman walking along the pavement with a shopping bag before turning onto the drive and repeatedly kicking the front of the yellow sports car. Dyfed-Powys Police confirmed it had received a report of criminal damage to a motor vehicle and was investigating the matter.

Edwards discovered the damage approximately ten minutes after the incident took place. The woman's kicks left two scratches on the bonnet of the vehicle, which Edwards estimated would cost between £200 and £300 to repair professionally. Edwards described the act as "shocking behaviour" and said he found it "very strange" and "a weird thing to do". He added that the incident had prompted him to take additional precautions with the vehicle, including storing it at a friend's house whilst he goes on holiday.

The CCTV footage captured clear images of the woman involved in the incident. Edwards stated he was surprised by the occurrence, saying he did not think "there were people like that in the world today". The investigation by Dyfed-Powys Police remains ongoing at present.
