FENCHURCH ADVISORY PARTNERS MERGES WITH BROADHAVEN CAPITAL
Fenchurch Advisory Partners has agreed to combine with Broadhaven Capital Partners in a definitive merger. Fenchurch operates as an investment banking advisory firm serving the financial services sector from offices in London, New York and Paris. Broadhaven Capital Partners is an independent advisory firm serving the financial technology and financial services sectors in North America. The combined firm will employ more than 110 investment bankers dedicated to the financial services sector across four offices: London, New York, Chicago and Paris.
Fenchurch advised on 27 transactions in 2025, ranking as the number one adviser to the financial services sector in the UK and Europe. Broadhaven was founded in 2009 and operates from offices in New York and Chicago with a team of 40 professionals. The firm has advised on over 125 completed transactions with a combined value exceeding US$100 billion. Gerard von Dohlen, Broadhaven's co-founder, will join the board of directors of the combined entity. Fenchurch's strategic partner Natixis CIB is supporting the combination.
The merger will accelerate Fenchurch's expansion in the United States, which operates as the largest financial services market globally. Broadhaven brings complementary North American capabilities and sector expertise in financial technology, asset and wealth management, market infrastructure and private capital raising. The combined firm will enhance its ability to support clients during periods of heightened cross-border activity, regulatory change and technological evolution. The senior leadership team from Broadhaven will join as partners of the combined firm.
